Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You will be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace and engaging with customers to recommend and sell our latest food products.

You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy store team. Flexible across shifts and store areas, you’ll thrive when the store is busiest.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.
• Comfortable using digital tools to assist customers and complete transactions.
