Morrisons in Fleet is looking for friendly, reliable team members to help serve customers across the store. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to keep everything running smoothly and ensure customers get what they need when they need it.

You’ll be trained to support different areas of the store, so this is a great role for a team player who is ready to help wherever you’re needed, with a focus on customer service, safety and following

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay active and engaged in a busy store.
• Comfortable using basic store equipment and following procedures.
• Willingness to help across multiple store areas.
• Over 18 due to health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across store sections.
• Operate tills and point-of-sale equipment as needed.
• Keep store clean and well presented.
• Support with stock replenishment and merchandising.
