Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you will become a champion of our stylish products, on‑trend designs, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for passionate, fashion‑forward individuals who are excited to dress the nation. You will be a brand ambassador ready to recommend our newest fashion items and ensure customers feel truly valued with every purchase.

At M&S, customers expect swift service. You will roll up your sleeves, work hard, and go above and beyond daily. Digital confidence is essential, and you will utilise tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the experience and ensure customers find the products they want when they need them.

Efficiency and effectiveness are key — you will keep the store clean and stocked, ensuring customers never wait. Teamwork is crucial; you will create an inclusive store environment, support colleagues, and respect the local community.

Flexibility is vital. You should be confident working across various parts of the store and adapt to changing retail demands seamlessly.

  • Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
  • Utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
