Job summary

Market Street Cafe is seeking a Customer Assistant to support customers across the store in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines. You’ll be trained to cover various parts of the store and be ready to help wherever needed.

We’re looking for a team player who is friendly, active and focused on delivering great service to every customer. Note: applicants must be over 18 and able to meet health and safety requirements.

• Helpful and friendly approach expected.
• Active and hands-on approach to tasks.
• Ability to work in a busy, structured environment.
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes.
• Loves helping customers and resolving queries.

Responsibilities
