Sainsbury's in Reading is hiring for store roles across permanent and fixed-term vacancies. You’ll put customers first with friendly service, help stock shelves, pick orders, and use digital tools to enhance the shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
