Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Assistant to support busy store operations. You’ll handle shelf replenishment, tills and customer inquiries, with AM and PM shifts available, and a 30-35 hour contract.

You’ll earn £13.45–£14.45 per hour, with enhanced holiday entitlement pro rata and benefits like a 10% in-store discount and a company pension scheme.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
