John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our store team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain high shop standards and help create memorable in-store experiences that set us apart from competitors.
You will use your product knowledge and training to assist customers, drive sales, handle till and payments, restock shelves, label prices, and keep the store clean and welcoming.
As a Customer Assistant in one of our John Lewis shops, you'll make sure our difference is felt through the delivery of outstanding customer service and highlighting our first class in store experiences, that our competitors just can not compete with. Alongside the great service you provide to our customers, you'll deliver exceptional shop standards through displays, stock availability and general cleanliness. Knowing your customers will enable you to provide the best service we're known for and build our brand loyalty for a lifetime.
