Sainsbury's in the United Kingdom is seeking friendly, customer-focused store team members to join our busy festive-season operations. You will help customers, stock shelves, and use digital tools to enhance service, supporting a seamless shopping experience.

These roles include order picking, shelf filling, and serving customers across various departments. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to reliably meet store goals while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
