Sainsbury’s in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our stores. You’ll be the friendly face helping customers, keeping shelves tidy, serving shoppers, and moving stock as needed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
