Sainsbury’s Group is seeking store colleagues to deliver excellent customer service across busy store floors. You will help fill shelves, pick orders, serve customers and promote products with friendly, informed recommendations.

Flexibility to work across departments and learn new digital tools is required, with a focus on safety, cleanliness and teamwork to improve the overall shopping experience.

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
  A committed team player, always willing to support colleagues and work together
• Flexibility and willingness to work across the store and take on new challenges
• Open to learning, developing and trying new things to improve our service
• Confident learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
• Take pride and ownership in your work, including close attention to detail, maintaining a clean and tidy work space and always looking for ways to make our customer experience better
  Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00
