Job summary

Sainsbury’s Group in Henfield is seeking a customer-focused team member to support a busy store environment. You will assist customers, keep shelves well-stocked, and help with stock movement, order picking and store presentation.

We value friendliness, reliability and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting. Training is provided, and employees gain access to discounts and supportive benefits.

• Help fill shelves and keep stock neatly presented.

• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
