Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking store colleagues to join our teams across our busy stores during the festive season and beyond. You will help customers, stock shelves, serve customers, and may assist with order picking and product promotions. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment with emphasis on friendly, proactive service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
