Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant in the United Kingdom. This role covers varied shifts with a 35-hour contract and a pay rate of £13.45–£14.45 per hour, plus enhancements for bank holidays and nights.

The position includes a generous holiday allowance, a discount and a pension scheme, plus opportunities for progression. The role involves restocking, tills, and delivering excellent customer service while keeping the store tidy and well organised.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well‑being and life outside of Lidl.
