Zusammenfassung

Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant in the UK. You’ll move across tasks from restocking shelves to handling tills, delivering fast, friendly service and keeping the store clean and well organised.

On a 25-hour contract with AM and PM shifts, you’ll enjoy pro rata holiday (30–35 days), 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, and opportunities to grow; training will help you progress to roles such as Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery Specialist.

You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy and organised, working closely with your retail colleagues and making sure that every customer receives the service they deserve.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
