Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd at the Thorley Store in Bishop's Stortford (CM23 4EG) is looking for a Customer Assistant on a permanent, part‑time basis (15.5 hours per week) with a rate of £13.23 per hour.

As a Customer Assistant you’ll put customers first, help with shelves, picking orders, serving customers, and use digital tools to enhance service. You’ll join a friendly, fast-paced team and benefit from years of community focus.

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
