Sainsbury's is hiring in the United Kingdom to join our store teams. You’ll focus on putting customers first, delivering friendly, helpful service and staying adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll learn our products and promotions, use digital tools to assist customers, and help keep shelves neat and well-presented. We value teamwork and flexibility, with opportunities to grow and support colleagues across the store.

What you’ll be doing

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
