Sainsbury’s Group is seeking staff to deliver friendly, customer-focused service across the store. You will assist with shelving, order picking, and point-of-sale or customer contact, while using digital tools to improve the customer experience.

Ideal candidates are ready to learn about products and promotions, stay flexible with shifts, and contribute to a welcoming store environment. Right to work in the UK is required, with inclusive teamwork emphasized.

Formación

• Customer-facing experience in retail or service roles.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Comfort with using digital tools to assist customers and stock control.
• Attention to detail in stocking, shelving and store presentation.
• Right to work in the UK and eligibility to work.

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age - GOV.UK
• If the Availability Window includes shifts before 6.00am or after 11.00pm, you will need to be aged 18 or over
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK, A committed team player, always willing to support colleagues and work together
• Flexibility and willingness to work across the store and take on new challenges
• Open to learning, developing and trying new things to improve our service
• Confident learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
• Take pride and ownership in your work, including close attention to detail, maintaining a clean and tidy work space and always looking for ways to make our customer experience better
