Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant in Basildon to support customers on tills and shelving duties. You’ll be part of a fast-paced store team where you’ll help keep products stocked and the shop running smoothly, with a focus on delivering great service.

You'll work AM or PM shifts, enjoy pro rata holiday entitlement, and benefit from in-store discounts plus a pension. Training and development opportunities are available to help you grow within our retail teams.

Summary
£13.45 - £14.45 per hour | 20-30 hour contract | AM & PM shifts | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy and organised, working closely with your retail colleagues and making sure that every customer receives the service they deserve.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
