Job Title: Customer Assistance Coordinator (Part-Time, Evenings & Weekends)

Department: Roadside

Location: Croydon / Birmingham – Hybrid

15 hours a week - Salary - £11,577.26 with a bonus of £876.43 per annum

20 hours a week - Salary - £15,436.34 and Bonus £1,168.57 per annum

No experience? No problem! We’ll give you all the training you need to succeed.

Hours & Working Pattern:

Flexible part-time shifts to suit students and new starters:

  • 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

You’ll work from home most of the time, with IT equipment provided (PC, dual monitors, keyboard, and mouse). Evening and weekend shifts make this ideal if you’re studying or just starting out in your career.

What You’ll Do:
  • Take customer calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Help organise roadside assistance and keep customers updated
  • Work as part of a friendly team to deliver great service
  • Learn to use multiple systems and manage tasks like a pro
  • Follow guidelines to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for our customers
What We’re Looking For:
  • Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn
  • Calm and solutions-focused, even under pressure
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Available for evening and weekend shifts
  • Reliable home working setup

No previous experience? That’s fine! If you’ve got great communication skills and a positive attitude, we want you.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call centres)
  • Any knowledge of cars, roadside assistance, or insurance
