Customer Team Member

Location: Bracklesham Lane, East Wittering, PO20 8JA
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: 6.30am - 12pm, including weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery

What you’ll do

• Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, work in our in-store bakery and do all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
• Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
• Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
• Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
• Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
