Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for the nightshift at the South Ruislip store. The role involves leading overnight replenishment, running full store operations when required, and ensuring pre-morning standards are in place.
You will manage a team, drive KPI performance, and uphold safety and service standards across the night shift. The position is permanent with a 4-night pattern and a £34,450 base salary plus a £4,500 night shift premium.

Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, as well as receiving a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary (Our nightshifts typically run from 22:00 until 08:00).
