Sainsbury's is recruiting a Customer and Trading Manager (Nightshift) for the Purley Way store, with potential redeployment nearby. You will lead the overnight team, manage replenishment, and ensure a smooth morning start. The role involves full shift responsibility, safety of colleagues, and driving high service standards.
Nightshift roles are full-time across 4 nights (22:00–08:00) with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary, and excellent benefits as part of our inclusive stores culture.

This is a pipeline recruitment vacancy for a Customer and Trading Manager (Nightshift) role, initially aligned to our Purley Way store. Please note that successful candidates may be deployed to an alternative nearby location within a reasonable commuting distance. Final placement will be confirmed at offer stage, in line with business requirements, travel policy, and a commitment to supporting work‑life balance.
Our nightshift managers work full‑time hours over 4 nights, as well as receiving a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary. Our nightshifts typically run from 22:00 until 08:00.
