Fixed Term Contract - 18 Months

In this role, you will provide a comprehensive reporting and business partnering service for the Customer/Connections Directorate. You will be responsible for delivering all monthly and annual reporting, with a strong focus on improving business processes and data quality to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful management information (MI). These improvements will support senior leadership in driving performance, productivity, and efficiency initiatives.
You will lead enhancements to the end-to-end reporting process‑covering costs, volumes, data capture, systems, and business processes—through to stakeholder reporting. A key aspect of the role is developing a shared understanding of performance, assessing impacts on forecasts, and identifying areas for further analysis to support improved financial outcomes.
As part of the financial control framework for Electricity North-West, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial results, providing clear analysis and explanations to the Customer team, Senior/Lead Finance Business Partners, and other senior stakeholders. You will also support the delivery of all financial and regulatory requirements to a high standard and deputise for the Lead Finance Business Partner when required.
The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.
For this role we are able to consider flexible working options , including condensed hours and part time. There is also opportunity for agile working following completion of your probationary period.
