Job summary

Boots is seeking Seasonal Customer Advisors to help customers find gifts and take part in a bustling Christmas period. You'll be the friendly face on the shop floor, assist with purchases, stock replenishment, and deliveries, and support different store areas as needed.

This temporary role offers team spirit, flexible hours, and potential longer-term opportunities depending on local availability. Prior retail experience is helpful and enthusiasm for helping customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. This is a weekly paid role.

About the opportunity

As a Seasonal Customer Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping customers find the perfect gift, discover great offers and get what they need for the celebrations ahead.

You’ll be the friendly face customers turn to for advice and support, creating feel‑good moments that make a real difference and keep them coming back all year round.

This is an important role where you'll help deliver a great experience for our customers. It's also a fast‑paced and active role where priorities can change quickly throughout the day.

You won't just be helping customers on the shop floor. You'll also support deliveries, replenish stock, and help keep the store looking its best.

Working in store is a real team effort, so you'll need to be flexible and ready to step into different areas to keep things running smoothly. You'll feel good knowing you're playing your part and enjoy a strong sense of teamwork and fun as everyone pulls together during our busiest season.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Boots products and services.
