Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period. You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts, explain offers and process purchases at tills and self-checkouts. It’s a fast-paced, active in-store role with deliveries, stock replenishment and keeping shelves tidy.

Work across store areas with the team, stay flexible and enjoy Boots’ training, discounts and wellbeing support. Availability on Bank Holidays and peak days is essential; this temporary role may lead to longer

The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. This is a weekly paid role.

About the opportunity

As a Seasonal Customer Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the action, helping customers find the perfect gift, discover great offers and get what they need for the celebrations ahead.

You’ll be the friendly face customers turn to for advice and support, creating feel-good moments that make a real difference and keep them coming back all year round.

This is an important role where you'll help deliver a great experience for our customers. It's also a fast-paced and active role where priorities can change quickly throughout the day.

You won’t just be helping customers on the shop floor. You’ll also support deliveries, replenish stock, and help keep the store looking its best.

Working in store is a real team effort, so you’ll need to be flexible and ready to step into different areas to keep things running smoothly. You’ll feel good knowing you're playing your part and enjoy a strong sense of teamwork and fun as everyone pulls together during our busiest season.

It would be great if you also have

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Boots products and services.
