A leading home improvement retailer is seeking a Customer Advisor in Sefton. You will guide customers, manage stock, and ensure a great store appearance. Ideal candidates should be friendly, eager to learn, and flexible with shift patterns. The company offers a competitive hourly rate and a variety of employee benefits, including holiday and discounts.
Part Time – 18.75 hours per week, 3 Month Fixed Term Contract. Shifts available Monday – Sunday 6.00am – 8.00pm. UK Notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour.

As a Customer Advisor you will become an expert advisor and inspiration for customers. You’ll guide customers through projects, manage stock, set up displays, and ensure the store looks great. Sales will be important, as will training in paint‑mixing and cutting timber. Your main aim will be to deliver truly great customer service.
We’re looking for someone happy to help, eager to learn, and a little obsessed with home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, enjoy helping others, and be ready to use new technology. A team player who is flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
