Overview

Boots is hiring a Customer Advisor to support customers at a London retail store. The role is hourly with a starting rate of £12.40 that can rise after 6 months. Candidates will work onsite, reporting to the store manager.

Role

As a Customer Advisor you will assist customers on the tills, provide information on in‑store offers, manage stock, and help maintain a clean, presentable store.

Responsibilities
  • Help customers feel comfortable, listen, answer questions and give great advice.
  • Promote in‑store offers and schemes to maximise customer value.
  • Maintain efficient stock displays and support tills and back‑shop operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming, clean shopping experience.
  • Complete award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
Qualifications
  • Full training provided; we seek people who thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
