Job summary

B&Q in Inverness is hiring a Customer Advisor to help customers with home improvement ideas, advice, and products. You’ll be the person who gets to know every customer and their projects, with sales and store presentation as key parts of the role.

You’ll work a rota that includes weekends and evenings; training in paint-mixing and timber cutting is available, with strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service. Competitive hourly rate applies.

UK Notional hourly rate £13.37 per hour (Inclusive of an £0.27 per hour, store specific location allowance)

You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
