We’re looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team in our brand new office in Trax Park, Doncaster. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping to resolve queries, process orders, and ensure we’re delivering exceptional service.
Reporting to the Senior Customer Advisor, you’ll work with departments across the business to manage customer enquiries, troubleshoot issues, handle complaints professionally, and support the achievement of our sales and service targets.
