Customer Advisor

Part time - 18.75 hours per week

3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Shifts available Monday - Saturday 6.00am - 9.00pm and Sunday 8.00am - 6.00pm

UK National hourly rate 12.71 per hour

What’s the job

Join our team and you’ll become an expert advisor, an inspiration as well as a guide. You’ll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.

What we need

Happy to help, eager to learn and a little bit obsessed with home improvement. You’ll be friendly and outgoing and you’ll get a buzz from helping others. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
