About the Role
Wild Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-known, unique business in Cosham to recruit a Customer Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent customer service, with the chance to learn and develop sales skills.

You’ll manage a portfolio of established clients, nurture key accounts, and identify new business opportunities. This role combines customer service with sales, so confidence and communication skills are key.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and act on sales opportunities
  • Maximise key accounts through relationship building, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Process customer orders over the phone
  • Handle enquiries on deliveries, returns, repairs, and general support
  • Develop strong, long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (sales experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience under pressure
  • Background in customer service or account management preferred
