Overview
As a Customer Account Manager, you will focus on building strong, lasting relationships with PMG's advertising and partnership clients. Your role will involve ensuring client satisfaction, driving customer retention, and increasing revenue through the sale of additional services. Working as a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities to grow accounts while delivering outstanding service.,
Responsibilities
- Account management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that services/products are delivered as promised and customers are satisfied with the company's offerings. Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Customer Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers, providing welcome calls, and ensuring smooth transitions during account setup or product/service implementation.
- Customer Retention: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring ongoing loyalty and engagement with PMG's services.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to recommend additional PMG services that align with client needs and objectives, driving account growth.
- Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact between customers and clients, fostering strong relationships, encouraging referrals, and coordinating communication to successfully organise events.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and optimisation of advertising campaigns, ensuring they deliver measurable results and exceed client expectations.
- Customer Strategy: Partner with customers to understand their evolving requirements, offering creative and strategic solutions to help achieve their goals.
- Performance Reporting: Use data and analytics to track campaign performance, preparing clear and actionable reports that demonstrate results and highlight new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, and analytics, to deliver seamless and effective campaigns.
- Issue Management: Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with trends in advertising and digital media to provide clients with innovative and informed advice.

- Retention Rate: A high percentage of customers retained over a defined period.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within advertising, media, or related industries.
- Proven ability to retain clients and drive incremental revenue.
- Additional sales experience: 2 years (preferred).
Education
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of advertising, digital media, and partnership marketing.
- Experience using Salesforce as a CRM for account and campaign management.
