Customer Account Executive

Location: West Midlands | Salary: Competitive | Contract: Permanent, Hybrid (3 days in office)

I’m recruiting for a leading sustainable logistics and supply chain company specialising in providing sustainable, high-quality solutions across Europe who are looking for a Customer Account Executive to join their customer service team in the West Midlands.

In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting well-known brands and ensuring excellent service in a B2B setting. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll handle administrative tasks, manage stock levels, and build strong, long-term relationships.

This is a great opportunity to join a company that is currently working with major food production and retail businesses around the world with a fantastic year‑on‑year growth of 10‑20%, who are dedicated to delivering top‑tier service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and have ownership of your accounts
