Northern Ireland Security Agency is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Custody Prison Officer. This role involves managing prisoner activities, ensuring safety, and facilitating rehabilitation efforts in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Challenging, as prisons are complex environments where many of the individuals who will be in your care have committed serious offences or have a long-term history of being involved in crime; many will also suffer from mental illness and addictions.
