Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a certified nurse or paramedic to deliver healthcare within the criminal justice system, supporting detainees in custody suites. You will work to provide high-quality care in demanding environments, with a schedule agreed with the client and the Police.

The role requires at least two years post-qualification patient-facing experience, a valid driving license, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• RN, RGN or RMN with dual registration: 2 years post qualification – Band 5 minimum.
• Paramedic: 2 years post qualification.
• Must have RTW, UK passport or ILR for 3 years with limited gaps.
• All candidates will be subject to Police Vetting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare to detainees in custody suites.
• Provide round-the-clock coverage across regions in collaboration with Police.
• Work across custody suites and the assigned region as required.
