Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking certified nurses or paramedics to deliver healthcare in custody suites under a police-backed contract. You will provide high-quality care to detainees, supported by a team, with a focus on safety and wellbeing.

The role requires 2+ years post-qualification in patient-facing clinical settings and a driving licence. Rotating shifts and full-time hours are part of the roster, with overtime opportunities and a sign-on bonus after 12 months.

Qualifications

• RN, RGN or RMN with dual registration (Band 5 minimum).
• Paramedic 2 years post qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare in custody suites as part of a police collaboration.
• Deliver round-the-clock healthcare coverage across assigned custody regions.
• Work fixed shift patterns within a team rota (4 on / 4 off) and adhere to vetting requirements.
