Pay Scale : MPS / UPS + TLR F (£12,520)

Lyde Green Community School opens in September 2026, and we’re looking for an exceptional Maths specialist to lead our founding Maths department. In this role, you’ll shape the curriculum, establish systems, and inspire a love of mathematics from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to design and deliver a knowledge-rich Maths curriculum in a brand-new school, with the freedom to innovate and the support of a forward-thinking Trust. As the school grows, your leadership responsibilities will expand, offering clear pathways for career progression.
