Curriculum Manager - Performance and Visual Arts

About the Role: Curriculum Manager, Performing and Visual Arts (PVA)

As a Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our Fine Art, Textile, Critical and Contextual Studies, Graphics, Photography, Music, Drama & Theatre curriculum and services.

This role is offered on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis until 05/01/2027.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Curriculum Manager to lead the Performing and Visual Arts. You will deliver high‑quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements of the relevant awarding body. As part of our dynamic team, you will inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

We're seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager with a proven track record in leading high‑quality curriculum design and delivery—this role is suited to professionals already operating at this level.

About the Team

You will be joining a high‑performing and forward‑thinking leadership team, working closely with colleagues across CCC to deliver on our shared goals. This role will involve line management of 10 staff, teachers and technicians, supporting their development and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

As part of our senior leadership structure, you will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the college and ensuring its delivery through effective leadership, innovation, and operational oversight.
