What you'll do:
  • 🎯 Design inclusive, engaging maths learning experiences aligned to IBDP standards.
  • 📐 Develop curriculum-aligned maths content that reflects strong pedagogical structure, scaffolding, and progression.
  • 🤖 Use generative AI tools to accelerate and scale the creation of high-quality maths content and templates.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with product teams, AI specialists, and fellow educators to develop solutions grounded in real classroom needs.
  • 🔍 Contribute to research and discovery through interviews, user feedback, and competitor analysis.
What we're looking for:
  • 👩🏫 Experience teaching IBDP Mathematics or designing IBDP-aligned Mathematics content - this is essential
  • 🧠 Deep pedagogical understanding of how students learn maths, including scaffolding, assessment, and feedback
  • ⚙️ Comfort using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to ideate, refine, and scale curriculum design
  • 💬 Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • 🌀 Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
