Salary: MPS / UPS + TLR & BSR Payment of £600

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of the Spanish curriculum across KS3–KS4.
• Drive outstanding teaching and learning through effective modelling, coaching, and professional development.
• Develop high-quality, knowledge-rich schemes of work that empower students to communicate confidently in Spanish.
• Oversee assessment structures, data analysis, and intervention strategies to raise attainment.
• Support colleagues in delivering consistent, engaging, and well‑sequenced MFL lessons.
• Promote cultural understanding and global citizenship through enrichment, trips, and cross‑curricular opportunities.
• Contribute to whole‑school improvement and uphold the school’s ethos of aspiration and excellence.
