Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a CUPRA Sales Specialist to join our CUPRA Dealership in Coventry. The hours of work operate on a 2 week rota, rotating between Monday to Friday with the weekend off and Monday to Sunday with a day off in the week. Hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000.

As a CUPRA Specialist with Listers you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add‑ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Delivering an exclusive and bespoke customer experience, you will be able to highlight the key features and benefits of CUPRA products, and tailor the sales experience for the customer, through to post‑sale care driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Being responsible for generating sales leads and prospects for new and used CUPRA vehicles, you will increase brand awareness to achieve both new and used sales targets.
  • Sourcing quality pre‑owned CUPRA products from multiple sources. Managing and displaying product and merchandise to the required brand standards.
  • The CUPRA Specialist is the single point of contact for customers providing one to one care throughout the customer’s lifecycle.
  • Responsible for being part of and engaging with the CUPRA Tribe Acting as a CUPRA Brand Ambassador.
About you
  • This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
  • Ultimately you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Passion for delivering exclusive customer experience.
  • The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
  • Ability to make decisions independently.
  • Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the automotive industry.
  • You will hold a valid UK driver’s licence.
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
