Job description

Live Life Aberdeenshire (LLA) has an exciting opportunity for an inspiring, dedicated and experienced professional to join its creative team on a two-year fixed term arrangement.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the line management of a small team comprising a part‑time Creative Development Officer and a full‑time Youth Music Initiative Coordinator who have full programmes of work and developmental remits linked to the Cultural Strategy and LLA Business Plan. These include arts and wellbeing initiatives, support for socially engaged creative practitioners, musicians and freelancers and coordination of key partnerships to maximise reach and delivery to targeted groups.

Fixed two‑year post
21.75 hours per week
£29,405 - £30,699 per year.
