Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards in dish preparation.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, collaborating with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.
