Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Development Manager or Culinary Development Chef in added-value food manufacture or retailer.
• Strong ability to translate market trends into viable food solutions.
• Experience leading customer presentations and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine food applications across multiple categories (chilled, bakery, plant-based).
• Lead customer presentations, tastings, and application workshops.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure technical feasibility and commercial viability.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
