Position: Culinary Assistant

Messiah University is seeking a dedicated Culinary Assistant to join our campus dining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing gluten-free and pizza stations, supporting kitchen production, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Position Details

• Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time (1560-2080 hours/year)
• Location: Main Campus (Grantham)
• Hours: 40 hours/week, July 1 – June 30

• Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain cleanliness
• Assist with food prep and support kitchen operations as needed
• Ensure proper food storage and documentation
• Support catering and cleaning tasks as assigned
