Job summary

Richard James Recruitment Specialists Ltd is supporting an international commodities organisation with an ICT-led CTRM rollout. The role blends business analysis and project management, engaging with users across Trading, Risk, Operations and Finance to define requirements, map workflows and drive go-live readiness.

The successful candidate will coordinate vendors and IT teams, support testing, training and cutover planning, and deliver robust governance and reporting throughout the rollout

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and/or project management within commodity trading environments.
• Strong knowledge of commodity trading lifecycle and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on CTRM/ETRM platform experience (Entrade CTRM preferred).
• Excel and data analysis proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• PM certification such as PMP/PRINCE2.
• Experience working in multicultural teams and in delivery-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Understand current processes, pain points and business requirements for CTRM rollout.
• Document requirements for review by business users, vendors and partners.
• Map key workflows across trade capture, pricing, risk, operations and reporting.
• Coordinate vendors/consultants; facilitate workshops and decisions.
• Support UAT scenarios, data, testing, cutover planning and go-live readiness.
• Define reporting needs for trading, risk, operations and finance.
• Create training materials and rollout documentation; assist in hypercare.
• Maintain project plan, milestones and action items; report to management.
• Escalate risks/issues; assist in change management and governance.
• Align stakeholders across locations and ensure BAU transition.
