A regional public sector organization is seeking an administrative support officer in Newbury to provide customer-focused assistance within the CTPSE Intelligence Management Unit. The ideal candidate will conduct vetting checks, manage information dissemination, and ensure compliance with regulations. Salary: Scale 4, £26, # - £28, # per annum
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Temporary for 9 months - from 26.02.2026 to 26.11.2026
Closing Date: Sunday 23rd November 2025 at 23:59 hours

Educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes) OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
Considerable experience of working in a busy office environment, involving the use of computers for data entry, analysis, general office practice. Data evaluation. Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications, specifically Word and Excel. Database/ spreadsheet maintenance. Accustomed to a high volume of work and meeting deadlines.
