This role focuses on building scalable, repeatable technology and IP, rather than managing a large internal engineering function. You will collaborate with the CEO and leadership to shape the next phase of the business’s growth.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded technologist with strategic vision.
• Experience taking ideas from concept to scaled delivery.
• Experience managing external development partners.
• Background in physical-world technology preferred over SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own and translate the technology and innovation vision into a roadmap.
• Identify infrastructure problems and lead prototypes to scale.
• Lead technology and product strategy for digital products.
• Use AI, automation, data to transform operations.
• Build teams and partnerships to deliver technology ambitions.
