Emerge is building the personalisation layer for consumer ai.

Tasks

Own the evolution of Emerge’s infrastructure from prototype to product-market fit. Build the systems, team, and technical culture that make user-consented data accessible, reliable, and intelligent.

• Architect and scale a data platform and enrichment engine
• Align the technical roadmap tightly with customer use cases and feedback
• Lead hands‑on development and technical design, stay close to the code
• Grow and empower a small, elite engineering team (Olympiad/competitive programming backgrounds)
• Drive research and experimentation around personalization
