Job summary

An educational organization is seeking a CTEC Tees Valley Regional Coordinator to drive the success of a new construction skills initiative. The successful candidate will lead collaborative efforts across colleges and industry partners to develop training and programs aligned with regional needs. Strong leadership, project management skills, and experience in the construction sector are essential. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Stockton Riverside College, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future of construction training in the Tees Valley.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable leadership and management skills, including project management skills.
  • Experience of working in and/or with the construction sector.
  • Experience of successful partnership working.
  • Strong people skills, able to build collaborative teams.
  • Experience managing budgets for externally funded projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of CTEC activity within the Tees Valley.
  • Work with curriculum teams to support local construction needs.
  • Develop a stakeholder group for CTEC Tees Valley Regional Skills Hub.
  • Deliver recruitment and engagement targets.
  • Support clear progression pathways for learners.
